Manager, Sales
- Strong hunting skills is must;
- >5 years of experience in enterprise software sales in Banking vertical is a must;
- Proven track record of closing multi-million USD deals; Experience in international market is a plus;
- Strong communication, inter personal and negotiation skills;
- Good understanding of Banking vertical; experience in lending domain is a plus;
- Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach.

Territory: International
Responsibilities:
- Carry QOQ quota both for pipeline and order book;
- Nurture the lead to an opportunity, program manage and/or support submission of the proposals / RFP responses, negotiate client contracts and win opportunities as per the committed plan;
- Marshal the entire sales process - Gather strategic insights and intelligence related to the opportunity, account and the defined territory, gather information about competitors and find ways to neutralize/win over them, maintain close relationship with the buyer persona's and ensure very high win/loss ratio;
- Understand the prospect's business environment and communicates our value proposition leveraging the lending domain skills and product expertise;
- Develop and maintain CXO connections in Banks and FI's with minimum support from others;
- Work closely with marketing, alliances and inside sales function to build the funnel and nurture the territory from mid to long term perspective;
- Build trusting and long-term relationships with key and strategic Client contacts who will serve as positive referrals for new business opportunities;
- Build and foster long-term relationships and referrals with senior managers, officers and key opinion leaders in the banking and financial services sectors; identify new market and growth opportunities;
- Extensive travel is expected as this position may require travel across the countries/cities within the territory assigned to you;
