- Lead the direct sales team to achieve the organizations' strategy in terms of reach, span, quality, and financial objectives
- To build the direct sales team by recruiting and developing suitable candidates from within and outside the industry
- To engage with the organization leadership to routinely identify opportunities in the market, highlight risk factors that may inhibit the achievement of organization objectives and ensure coherence between vertical and overall organizational strategy
- To ensure adherence to cost budgets in terms of resources, marketing, and administrative expenses
- To plan short & mid-term targets in accordance with the organizations long term business plan
- To conceptualize, design and implement programs on the basis of evolving market conditions in order to maintain/achieve short & mid-term objectives
- To ensure suitable team development and retention metrics as stipulated in organizations strategic plan.
