Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and management of field sales personnel.
- Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short term and long term sales and earning potentials.
- Liason with the regional team to perform sales activities, guide sales team in the areas of new account sales & growth, management business/financial issues on contracts.
- Managing new business cycle, evaluation of business requirements, developing account plan and business case, proposal submission and contract management
- Coordinate regular daily, weekly, monthly business reviews. Capturing and analyzing inputs from regional and corporate Business development / project teams
- Review progress of sales roles throughout the department. Ongoing data mining, its review and analysis to highlight data points in regular scheduled reports to CXO Level.
- Work with Regional team for business delivery. Provide sales analytics, business forecast and planning and pricing approvals.
- Business training: Design material and support function head in training
- Coordinate among internal company to ensure efficient and stable sales results
- Provide business inputs, analysis, business case for all new emerging business streams
- Work with IT Team on process mapping, software development for emerging business requirements and transition of existing and new data to online portal and its alignment to billing software
- Identify revenue leakages, create funnel, engage with circle teams, streamline and manage data, work out inflow and outflow of funds (IRR calculations) and business impact
Experience: PGDM / MBA Marketing from a premier institute with 6 - 9 years of work experience
