Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement robust channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify market opportunities, forecast sales trends, and align resources to meet objectives.
Channel/Trade Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in the bathware/sanitary ware sector.
- Optimize distribution networks to enhance product availability and service delivery.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine go-to-market strategies.

Achievement of KPIs:
