Job Purpose:

To lead, develop, and execute channel/trade sales strategies across designated regions, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and the seamless implementation of market strategies. The role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the bathware or sanitary ware industry, who can inspire regional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement robust channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Identify market opportunities, forecast sales trends, and align resources to meet objectives.

Channel/Trade Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in the bathware/sanitary ware sector.

- Optimize distribution networks to enhance product availability and service delivery.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine go-to-market strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns.

Achievement of KPIs:

- Monitor and ensure the achievement of regional sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.

- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills:

- Expertise in channel/trade sales within the bathware/sanitary ware industry.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Strategic planning and market analysis proficiency.

- Ability to manage budgets, sales forecasts, and team performance metrics effectively.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in channel/trade sales within multinational companies.

- Demonstrated success in the bathware or sanitary ware industry.

- Experience in managing and developing regional sales teams.
