Designation: Sales Manager- Bathroom
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose:
Hiring for SALES MANAGER/ KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for our client headquartered in the country's capital city, they have created a stronghold as a stellar lifestyle retailer for luxury bathroom, wooden flooring & Kitchen designs, beautiful, eco-friendly, recycled tiles; a variety of high-end wood floors; modular kitchens & accessories and a la mode and elegant home decor products of unparalleled quality.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Presentation of the products
- To achieve/ exceed sales targets.
- Co-ordinate with interior designers and architects to ensure the optimum sales
- Analytical skills for business development
- Identify new market potential
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Manage the sales growth and revenue enhancement
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Build a sales culture and sale-centric atmosphere among the team members
- Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals, and personal connections to build referrals.
- To play an important role in product management and the launch of new products
- To explore and tap the new geographical markets for the company
- To establish a company in the project and institutional segments and to add new clients based on his background and experience
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Experience in the Kitchen/Sanitary Ware/Flooring Industry or High-end Luxury Retail Industry.
- Existing network with Architects / Interior Designers /Builders desirable.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Personality
- Own Conveyance
Qualification: MBA ( Sales & Marketing)
