Manager - Sales - Bank

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth by strategically promoting wealth products such as Insurance and Investments through cross-selling initiatives.

- Develop and implement tailored strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the existing client base.

- Focus on acquiring Potential High Net Worth (HNW) Clients to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects.

- Utilize market research and networking to identify and approach affluent individuals and businesses.

- Manage a diverse portfolio encompassing both business entities and individual clients, including residents and non-resident Indians (NRIs).

- Provide personalized financial solutions that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each segment.

- Enhance client engagement and loyalty by increasing the depth of relationships through cross-selling additional products and services.

- Educate clients on the benefits of comprehensive financial planning and encourage adoption of multiple banking products.

- Conduct comprehensive portfolio allocations, periodic reviews, and financial check-ups for each client at defined intervals.

- Analyze investment performance, assess risk tolerance, and recommend adjustments to ensure alignment with their evolving financial goals.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers, and Product Specialists to leverage expertise and deliver holistic financial solutions to clients.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Champion a customer-centric approach by consistently providing exceptional service and addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
