Manager - Bakery & Ingredients

Role & Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible to drive sales growth and development products and Bakery Ingredients to relevant customers in predominantly but not limited to the Foodservice & Bakery segments.

- In addition to this the role will oversee the entire Bakery Operation and Strategy - Production, Sales, Customer Service & Distribution functions of Bakery.

- Manage all elements of the Bakery to improve operational effectiveness and order fulfilment accuracy

- To ensure the development and execution of appropriate Bakery and Ingredients sales strategies in line with category and overall business direction to achieve growth

- Build end to end route to market program for Bakery ingredients

- Cultivate and maintain Key Direct Account relationships

- Develop and implement high impact sales plans to drive long and short-term business goals

- Promote open dialogue and collaboration between Customer, Sales, Finance & Commercial Supply Chain teams.
