- Develop business personally through prospecting and pitching to client organizations identified in course of strategy creation.
- Work with Key Stakeholders in prospect organizations to create opportunities / solutions
- Devise marketing collaterals / messages that need to go out as a part of building companies positioning in this space.
- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients, expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals.
- Looking at candidates who interact with the CXO and CHRO levels of large organizations
Desired Profile:
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ + MBA (Preferably)
- Minimum 5 years experience should have some experience of selling to the BFSI Segment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Shoud be open to working in a IC role
- Candidates with minimum 60% and above in all Academics may only apply
Salary: 12 - 14L + Variable
