B2B Saas sales manager
About Role: B2B SAAS Sales Manager
Location : Pune (onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end B2B account acquisition, encompassing demos, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Tailor solutions based on an understanding of customer business needs and educate them about our offerings.
- Map client stakeholders and engage with decision-makers, champions, and influencers.
- Utilize the Hubspot tool for progress tracking, goal reporting, and effective communication.
- Collaborate internally for successful trial executions with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and handle objections early in conversations with prospects.
Requirements:
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and logical reasoning.
- Manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities with drive and energy.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, critical listening, and articulation skills.
- Hold an M.Tech or MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 universities.
- Have 3-4 years of relevant B2B sales experience in SaaS, Tech, or Product-based companies.
