Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- He or She will be overall responsible for generating sales under IBMS domain
- Overseeing Daily / Weekly/Monthly Sales business activity as per management guidelines
- Reporting to VP National Sales on daily basis on overall sales activities
- Achieving sales targets as agreed with management
- Ensuring timely deliverables and with high quality standards
- Tracking sales business on month to month basis
- Customer and all stakeholder's positive relationships
- Developing and implementing Sales growth strategies.
- Training Junior Staff under you.
- Creating and managing sales plan.
- Improving Sales revenue.
- Meeting with End Customers, Consultants and PMC across all western region
- Evaluating sales proposals along with estimation team, assist them in proposal submission, tender submission, wining orders for company etc.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities through various platforms.
- Generating MIS as well as sales reports and giving presentations to management for weekly as well as monthly basis.
- Willing to Travel as per project requirement
Manager Requirements:
- BE in Electronics/instrumentation/mechanical/computer or Degree in Business Management or Masters in Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Hardworking and sincere.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethics.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Proactive nature.
