About the opportunity:
- As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the institutional sales division, driving B2B OEM partnerships, and establishing and managing a robust distribution network for wholesale and retail channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach.
Roles and responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Define and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives across institutional, OEM, wholesale, and retail segments.
- Maintain relationships with the customers and drive new orders
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Institutional Sales:
- Generate and manage sales leads for institutional clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and industries, expanding institutional customer base.
- B2B OEM Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic OEM partnerships, driving incremental revenue.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee the implementation of joint sales and marketing initiatives.
Distribution Network Management:
- Develop and execute plans to build and manage a comprehensive distribution network, encompassing wholesale and retail channels.
- Monitor distributor performance and optimize channel effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of work experience in institutional sales/ B2B OEM partnerships/ distribution network management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within industrial/ utility products.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on team building, motivation, and development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
