Qualifications And Skills :
- More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Proven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the AAD Industry and Market.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage national level responsibility for Channel Sales.
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growth.
