Position Overview:.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team for our range of Four Tier Vehicles at our automobile company.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for all SUVs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and trends to accurately forecast sales volumes and revenue.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and product development to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall company objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.
Qualifications:.
- Gulf experience and driving license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a sales management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license.
