Experience in- Business development manager in Lube oil additive business / selling off after market products related to 2 wheelers/ 4 wheelers.
Chemicals engineering / Mechanical engineering with knowledge of IC engine will be added advantage
Responsibilities:
Business development:
- After market fuel additive business for OEM and fleets
- Frequent visit to customers (OEM/Fleets/Mining) for the generation of new leads and enquiries/ RFQ's related to after market additives
- Responsible for conducting field trials of products to prove performance of products
- Responsible for quotation/ bid submission to clients
- Strong in follow ups and negotiations
- Customer relationship management- Develop and sustain long term relationship with clients (OEM's/Fleet & mining). Manage relationship with existing customer and develop relationship with new customers
- Preparation of Sales target/ AOP/Projection
- Target to development of car care products business for company
Business Management:
- Managing existing after market additive business in India and ensure targeted growth on yearly basis
- Attainment of monthly and annual sales target
- Manage dispatch of material within region
- Review of AR and timely collection of Payment from client
- Customer reports and internal reports preparation and submission should be ensured.
- Ready to travel with in region as per business requirement
Liaisoning:
- Liaise with other team members of Sales Team, B2C sales team & Technical team within organization
- Liaise with R&D for new product development as per market requirement
- To get necessary testing of products done through 3rd party labs / testing agencies
Interpersonal:
- Team development for trials
