Sales Manager


Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales expansion.

- Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for the sales team and individual team members.

Team Management and Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives.

Sales Forecasting and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

- Provide valuable insights and feedback to other departments to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.

Continuous Improvement and Professional Development:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and best practices in sales management.

- Attend sales training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales team performance.
