Job Responsibilities :

- Engage with customers visiting the trampoline park, provide detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.

- Plan and execute visits to schools to promote trampoline activities as a fun and safe recreational option for kids.

- Develop partnerships with schools for events, field trips, or extracurricular activities.

- Identify and connect with potential clients such as educational institutions, daycares, and activity -centers to drive revenue.

- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, and school networks.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback.

- Plan and manage in-park events for birthday parties, corporate outings, or special celebrations.

- Track and report sales metrics, such as leads, conversions, and revenue.

Qualifications:

- 3 to 6 years experience in sales.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with kids and parents effectively.

- Experience in planning and coordinating events is a plus.
