JD- Sales Analytics and Support Manager

1. Develop model for robust regional forecasting leading to National Sales plan for Champion SKUs and key supported products

2. Analyze key trends for Products by Geographies, Channels, Segment & Top Customers/ Accounts to enable data based decision making and support planning & also support RTM Change actions

3. Bring out key insights from Market Pulse data on states, brands and segments and integrate with internal data for quality insights.

4. Support Trade Marketing head in bringing out key inferences from data analysis for efficiency parameters for both General Trade & Alternate Channels. Example -Impact of POSM deployments, E. Comm Investments, Media Impact, Sales return analysis -RCA

5. Enable roll out of Continuous Replenishment System [CRS] in GT for Company Sales billing to SD s with fixed stock norms. Transform to a completely automated process

6. Drive Champion product scale up by ensuring consistent availability with effective partnering to Supply chain based out of data. Partnering / Collaborating with Portfolio Manager on Key RGM actions

7. Support emerging channels like E. Comm & Modern Trade by quality data analysis of trends in key segments and thus helping to build robust sales plans

8. Coordinate with Key Multiple stakeholders to drive success of NPD launch - Marketing, Supply Chain, Channel heads & Regional Heads

9. Supervise Sales Automation projects like DMS & SFA and enable smooth operations by partnering effectively with vendor and stakeholders. Initiate business enabling projects and models to support sales effectiveness

10. Collaborate with Sales Planning & Activation manager to support Field activation plans for month with data & insights

Profile:

1. Experience in business analytics/ sales development/ trade marketing / sales development /sales support role.

2. Must have experience in Sales Data analytics and planning

3. Experience in Sales Automation role is a must [ at least 2-3 years ]

4. Must have strong analytical skills, excel skills, Nielsen data analysis experience

5. Work experience in good quality FMCG organizations is needed

6. Overall experience of 7-10 years with at least 4 years in HO Sales Support role

7. Good communication skills

8. Experience in Alternate Channels will be an added advantage
