Job Description - The role as a Sales Analytics Manager involves handling Sales Force Automation, making data-based decisions to help the sales team achieve their goals. The role also involves aspects or route to market strategy and sales development.

Our client is one of the fastest growing FMCG companies in its space. They have Pan India presence and looking for a strong growth in times to come. They are looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to help the sales team achieve their targets and make data-based decisions for further growth.

Description :

As a Sales Analytics Manager, the role involves

- Liaising with Regional Sales Teams pan India to understand and evaluate their performance and use data to help identify gaps and improvement areas

- Structure, Plan and Implement the Sales Force Automation strategy for the company to track efforts vs achievement

- Implement sales dashboards which help better analyse channel-wise, region wise sales data across various parameters

- Handle external vendors and agencies as well as liaise with internal stakeholders like Sales and Supply Chain

- Be involved in aspects of Sales Promotion strategy and Route to Market Strategy

- Help the sales team achieve its potential by accurate forecasting and optimisation of budgets

Profile :

A successful candidate would:

- Have an experience of 5-10 years in sales development, sales analytics or sales force automation

- A strong understanding of channel sales in FMCG is a must

- You should be very number-driven, proactive and have good communication skills

- You should be comfortable in advanced Excel and various sales IT platforms
