Job Description :

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic candidate as Manager- Sales with 7-8 years of sales experience with minimum 2 years selling the experience of Mechanical maintenance products to a Pharmaceutical company.

The candidate would be responsible to provide effectiveness through streamlined processes, knowledge and creating the best environment for the people across each department to deliver the required and identified metrics.

Preferred Skills:

- Achieve the monthly, quarterly & annual sales budget for the assigned territory by :

- Understanding Spectrum's offerings and product categories

- Tracking & timely follow through of all the leads/ enquiries/ opportunities generated

- Making an effective pitch to all relevant stakeholders in the customer organization

- Submitting timely and appropriate techno-commercial proposals working with the marketing team

- Supporting the marketing team to execute demand generation programs

- Keeping customer interests at the highest level and work with the support functions to ensure customer satisfaction

- Building and establishing relationship between customer and SFPL across hierarchies and departments including the top management

- Oversee the outstanding payments from customers are collected within the approved credit period

- Provide visibility to the Line Manager and top management about the activities and progress through o Update in CRM all the leads generated/ enquiries, action required and conversions into sales

- Submitting the required monthly sales plan, weekly call plans, checking call reports & other sales MIS.

- Provide relevant competitive information

- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and business ethics

Qualification : BE / MBA

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
