The successful candidate will manage the sales within the region and will be expected to drive growth, build strategy, and develop strong relationships with the internal capabilities, retailers, dealers, distributors and head offices of key customers and targets.
Educational Qualification : B.Sc/M.sc Agri, B.E Agri
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
2. Educate and train customers on our products
3. Identify key targets and develop relationships with key decision makers
4. Lead customer evaluation and segmentation
Requirements :
1. Passionate, driven, self-starter with high activity level
2. Excellent internal and external communication
3. Demonstrable skill-set to include humility, collaboration, and teamwork
4. Demonstrable strong economic thinking and decision-making capability
5. Proven ability to build strong relationships that translate into long term business success
6. Ability to manage time on highest priority to drive results
7. Strong computer skills, including high level of experience with MS Office suite
