Purpose:
- Increase sales from assigned areas by developing existing customers, acquiring new business and regaining the inactive and stopped customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an effective relationship with the customers
- Gain new customers
- Maintain strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Identify sales and business development opportunities to gain customers from various segments
- Provide management with regular feedback about competitor's activities
- Coordinate with the CRM team in relation to customers analysis and migration
- Monitor receivables to assist the collection team to ensure customers pay as per Aramex standards when needed
- Ensure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies
- Reporting any information that might impact company image, brand or functioning Setting KPIs and conduct annual performance review for direct reports
- Monitor daily performance and visits reports to ensure they are on track and updated accurately and on time in the CRM system
- Assist and guide the team to achieve their targets
- Ensure all direct reports are meeting their sales KPIs (updating visits, updating pipeline, targeting assigned leads on time, etc. )
- Mentor the new members and accompany them in joint visits
- Train new hires on the job or existing staff if needed
- Develop, mentor and coach direct reports
- Identify and propose training needed for direct reports
- Ensure having and developing a successor
- Collaborate when needed with the customer service team to resolve customer requests on time
- Check daily production and share with the team
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically
- Increase sales opportunities and maximize the company's revenue
- Analyse customers' problems and find solutions to regain them
- Generate new leads and prospect clients
- Plan sales team visits ( daily / weekly)
- Develop offers and prepare corporate rates
- Visit customers on daily basis
- Distribute the team target as well individual targets
- Monitor overall sales activities, revenue performance, visitations, potential assessment and prospecting
- Promote the use of e-tools
- Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers
- Cross Sell and Upsell
- Gain new business
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system
- Create and update regularly a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients
- Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
- Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate
- Achieve sales targets and productivity KPIs
- Achieve ACP targets where applicable
- Increase the market share and sales revenue (number of customer migrated and number of customers gained)
- Generate sales leads and acquire new customers
