We are looking for an experienced In-house Sales Manager to oversee and support our in-house sales representative team.
The ideal candidate will monitor sales metrics, manage the sales administration process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ultimately, the In-house Sales Manager will build a high-performing sales team while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a culture of open communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the in-house sales representatives team.
- Set and track sales targets for the team.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
- Report on sales metrics and recommend improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
- Build an open communication environment within the team.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and boost sales.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.

- Numerical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Advanced technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
