Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and qualify new project leads within your assigned territory or industry segment.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present compelling solutions to address their challenges.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate new leads and build brand awareness.
Project Management & Sales Cycle:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring timely completion of proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations) to ensure technical feasibility and project delivery success.
- Oversee project implementation and maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns, exceeding expectations and building long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (a plus)
