Position: Team Lead Sales.

Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

- Working Days: Monday Saturday ( 2 Saturdays off).

- Work Timings: 9 Hours Working (Night Shift).

- Experience Required: 5+ years of experience.

- Client: D2C organic essential food item brand.

Salary: Upto 10 LPA.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:.

- Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their sales skills and performance.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth.

- Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members.

- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and support.

Sales Operations:.

- Ensuring the team follows company sales processes and procedures.

- Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance.

- Identifying and addressing sales challenges and opportunities.

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):.

- Working with the team to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Understanding customer needs and preferences.

- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Talent Management:.

- Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives.

- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.

- Developing and implementing training programs to improve sales skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.

- Experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirable.
