Purpose of role:Lead the SHE & sustainability initiatives for the Company Globally

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Tech/MBA from reputed Institute

- Professional training in safety/sustainability

- 3- 8 years of experience in area of safety & sustainability

Key Deliverables of the Role:

- Develop & deploy standardised processes for safety, environment & health management across manufacturing facilities in India & abroad

- Training of members towards aspect of world class safety & environment management systems

- Develop & improve strong knowledge management for safety & environment processes

- Steer sound audit processes across facilities for greater compliance & improvement on SHE

- Lead various related certification processes like OSHAS 18000, ISO 14000 to sustain the momentum

- Devise sustainability strategy for the Company, working with relevant stakeholders across Business

- Work towards developing real time systems to monitor & control sustainability performance as per GRI standards for showcasing the achievement through annual sustainability reporting

- Program manage various sustainability initiatives across the organization for effective execution & results
