Manager - SAAS Sale
Net new business :
- Understanding of company and its portfolio. Keep training yourself on different services/applications and products
- Identification of - focused customer list- along with Inside sales and sales intelligence team.
- Build customer's stakeholder and technology heat map of identified customers.
- Establish connection with right stakeholders.
- Create account plan and strategy to make customer successful.
- Understanding customer requirements (techno-functional) and involve the right person internally to take it forward with you.
- Value and solution selling for digital transformation and standardization.
- Achieve sales quotas for the territory on a half-yearly basis without any fear
- Travel and enjoy
- Existing new business:
- Account management with key customers
- Account mining and heat mapping
- Look for diversification opportunities and report intelligence back to sales intelligence team
- Do value and solution selling
The skill required to perform the duty :
- 6+ years- experience selling enterprise software to Indian customers (Global Indian captives, Indian enterprises, commercial customers)
- Value selling and presentation skillset
- Knowledge of SaaS, Enterprise service management, IT service management, Customer service management, asset management, IT infra management and automation, DevOps
- Nice to have knowledge of security operations and network operation
- Understanding of any of the vertical Telco, BFSI, IT, technology, healthcare and pharma
- Previous sales experience of selling any of tools such as BMC, CA, Freshdesk, Symphony Summit, Zendesk, Zoho, Salesforce etc.
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Solid market network and connection with C-level executives
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT
- Be able to build meaningful business relationships with customers, prospects and internal colleagues.
- Have Negotiation, decision making and excellent communication skills.
