Manager - RWA Reporting - Bank

We are hiring for one of our leading Banking client based in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality analytical outputs in a timely and accurate manner with minimal rework required

Employ strong problem solving skills to determine the appropriate response to information requests, pro-actively addressing any issues and concerns.

Manage the provision of simplified, consistent, efficient, cost-effective and value-adding risk information delivery services

Engage key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of business partner requirements, helping to shape deliverables within the broader risk information delivery strategy

Develop and maintain collaborative business partner relationships, managing expectations and concerns through open, regular communication lines

Follow and implement an enterprise approach and methodology for risk information delivery, ensuring it is embedded across risk business partners, through training and educational toolsets.

Drive improvements in delivery of risk information and/or solutions that create and support process efficiencies as a result of new systems and data sources.

Work collaboratively and share knowledge across teams.

Ensure policies and processes relevant to the role are complied with

Quickly resolve and escalate issues

Requirements:

Analytically minded with strong financial/credit/market risk metrics reporting

Ability to work effectively in a multi-division environment

Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details

Lateral thinker

Knowledge of MS Excel is essential and MS Access/Hyperion/Fermat/Razor/other database is preferred.

Experience with stakeholder management

Basel II/Basel III/RWA understanding would be an added advantage

If someone worked for Risk Management Forum (RMF)/Risk Management committee (RMC)/Management packs would be an added advantage.
