- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources domain of which 2 years should be in leading a team.
- Experience in Service Delivery in the Engineering domain is a must
- Prior Experience of hiring for Aerospace, Transpiration Systems, Automation & Control Solutions and Performance Materials & Technology domain
- Have handled minimum 500 lateral hires in a year
- Have managed large team (including Associate / Assistant Manager)
- Prior experience of managing senior level stakeholders
- Planning monthly targets and delivery plan
- Ensuring target achievement of Team Members
