JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead - RPA solutions for the CFS practice (BFSI/Retail Banking)
- Own and drive Practice Development Initiatives around RPA & Automation
Responding to rfp's and rfi's / Collateral Management
- Collaborate with Market Leads and build new offerings within the focus areas identified for Productized Offerings
- Project manage practice development activities around RPA and Automation penetration in new and existing BFSI accounts
- Drive build-out of RPA offerings for identified Banking, Mortgage, P&C and L&A areas
- Provide marketing support
- Support development of White-papers, Marketing collaterals for Practice Development
- Build reusable collateral and contribute to the knowledge repository.
- Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors- activities and develop and maintains effective business relationships in the industry.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
Qualifications:
- Mandatory : Graduate in Relevant skills or Other professional qualifications and/or Masters in Management or Business Administration
- Nice to Have: Industry certifications - AICPCU, LOMA etc.
Soft Skills:
- Mandatory : Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Mandatory : Passion for driving towards targets
- Mandatory: Think and act like a business leader
- Mandatory: Structured in laying out the new offerings and GTM constructs
Experience:
- Should have managed GTM / presales / solution initiatives for BFSI BPS offerings.
- Mandatory exposure as lead solution architect on large to mid- size deals; in P&C or Life & Annuities
- Onshore and Insurance consulting experience will be a preference as will exposure to Insurance Analytics, Automation and BPaaS
- Mandatory: Experience in business development and/or customer relationship management, consulting or pre-sales & solutions in the insurance BPO space.
- Exposure to Project Management
- Understanding of technology and how it enables solutions
- Experience in automation and tool based solutions for global banks / insurance carriers
