Job Description:
- Manage the entire Business Rule Engine (BRE) for all secured and unsecured products.
- Ensure timely implementation of policy changes and necessary updates in the core system and BRE.
- Regularly analyze BRE and deviations to identify gaps and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Oversee risk and policy activities for secured and unsecured products, including portfolio monitoring and compiling portfolio cuts for corrective action.
- Provide comprehensive support for audit and compliance matters related to the Credit and Risk team.
- Prepare and present monthly (or periodic) portfolio reports with various metrics to senior management and for credit rating purposes.
- Support the Zonal and Regional teams with data to ensure portfolio control.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and collaborate with IT for project implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing BRE is essential.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Experience with SaaS, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL is an added advantage.
- Ideal Candidate should be M.com/MBA Finance.
