Roles and Responsibilities; Design and execute risk management process based on defined Group risk management framework to manage risk. The standard risk management process conducted as part of Day to Day Risk Management and Business and Strategic Risk Management covers setting business objectives, identifying risk events with their causes and consequences, assessing risks, implementing risk responses, monitoring and reporting risks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Identify Key Risk Events

- Conduct Risk Assessment

- Identify of controls (Key and Standard)

- Progress on the implementation of risk mitigating actions to reduce the risk

- Monitoring and evaluation of key controls for design and operating effectiveness to manage the risk-

- Ensure Control self-assessment and functional assurance testing are completed as per plan

- Review reports and submit summary report of compliance / progress.

- Ensure the active participation in risk management awareness drive across organisation

- Drive implementation of various process improvement initiatives identified.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Adherence to risk management coverage vs. scope

- of identified key risk events which may affect the achievement of organisation / business objective

- of identified Key controls for Level 3 process hierarchy

- completion of preassessment audit

- completion of controls self-assessment

- completion of functional assurance (LoD2) testing/Process review

- closure of open audit issues

Desirable: CA/CA Inter/MBA, from reputed institute. Experience in handling Risk Management or Internal audit function of Media organization
