This position is responsible for providing risk management support in one or more areas of the Enterprise Global Services (EGS) related to : Financial Crimes Risk management comprising Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Risk, Anti-Bribery and Corruption with exposure to Indian Regulations,
Documentation/ Drafting Skills, MS Office and good communication and written skills
LLB is mandatory.CPA/CFE/CAMS is preferred
- 8 - 10 years of overall experience in risk with a minimum of 3-5 years in the Indian regulatory compliance in the banking industry./multinational financial /institution. Familiarity with operational risk is preferred. Familiarity with US regulation is prefferred. Work experience in Fraud,BSA/AML/OFAC,Anti-bribery corruption preferred
- Developing, maintaining and ensuring adherence to the EGS wide financial crimes program and framework
- Responsible to execute effectively the day-to-day operational risk management and compliance (RMC) requirements of the assigned area within the Enterprise Global Services
- Support Financial Crimes Risk Management Area comprising BSA and AMLPrograms of the Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services as directed by the management and as required play advisory role to EGS business partners.
- Create and maintain MCR (major compliance requirement) inventory and perform risk assessments while working with business, Legal function, or other EGS partners as necessary
- Support development and maintainence of periodic risk reporting to stakeholders for effective tracking and reporting of risk items and issues across the shared services business functions.
- Partner and work closely with other EGS Risk teams to ensure key functional requirements of the EGS supported area are translated into seamless delivery by the FCRM team.
- Integrate and ensure all new FCRM initiatives are rolled-out to all required stakeholders and the required awareness is created across the EGS areas supported.
- Support management reporting of FCRM
- Act as SME and demonstrate in-depth knowledge and conceptual clarity on the the FCRM program
Secondary: (what s/he does 20% of the time)
- Knowledge of the regulatory compliance primarily in the Indian banking industry and its related operations
- Proven ability in exercising independent judgment and applying prudent risk mitigation principles
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
- Experience of managing regulatory compliance at a Global In-House Center and / or a BPO Services Industry (preferably Banking Domain/ Financial services company)
- Experience of operating in a matrix-managed environment
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, communication & presentation skills

- Team of risk professionals located in multiple cities providing support to EGS teams and other Wells Fargo business units also located in multiple cities.
