- Develop, evaluate & implement systems/procedures for developing specialized Risk Engineering Services for Commercial Lines of business.
- Perform risk assessments and management programs to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety compliance to regulations & standards.
- Job includes mainly desktop assessment tasks and limited risk visits based on opportunities in the region only for training purposes but requires close interaction with regional Engineer/s and Underwriters located throughout the world where the respective accounts and deals are based
- Assessing Risk Quality and providing Opinions for manmade and natural hazards
- Assessing Loss Estimates for costing and capital allocation
- Collaborating and supporting on various projects involving best practices, internal guidelines, and industry updates
- Supporting the global teams by extracting and summarizing technical data, claims or other information to identify industry trends.
- Review findings from accident investigations, risk assessment, project monitoring reports and decision making on risk selection, risk exposure & risk improvements.
- Review and provide design recommendations for new projects and proposed facility modifications to ensure conformance with process safety and loss prevention codes, standards and procedures.
- Explore the Root cause. Suggest corrective & preventive measures for risk improvement.
- To conduct the risk assessment and analyze the risk using Probable Maximum Loss scenarios and assessments
- Should to be able to work with clients in assisting for following specialized Risk Engineering Service
