Job Description:

Data Management and MIS:

- Managing and organizing large sets of data into actionable recommendations providing meaningful insights to senior management.

- Prepare daily/ weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to reflect volumes, risk, and business trends.

- Procuring data and making analysis as per requirements of the team with holistic approach.

Vendor Management:

- End to end management of RCU vendors - Appointment, coordinating, managing, training of agency and its staff.

- Handling the RCU, billing, and reconciliation.

- Preparation of Provision Data at the end of the month.

- Pre-disbursement checks and Non-Starter (NS) investigation:

- To handle the monthly MIS of Pre-disbursement checks and NS investigations.

- Hind-sighting of cases and timely publishing of monthly reports to stakeholders.

- Liaising with HR for action as warranted for Pre-Disbursement checks and NS cases.

RCU automation projects:

- To study and review RCU processes vis-a-vis current fraud monitoring practices .

- To propose and structure automation projects.

RBI reporting:

- To study investigation reports and formalize FMR in accordance with RBI reporting norms.

- To arrange and maintain data required for RBI reporting.

- Follow-up for legal action on RBI reported cases.
