Job description
- Apart from regular MIS activities, Managers at Risk-Business Intelligence are responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive models to solve business problems.
- The incumbent is expected to be innovative in problem solving approaches, drawing on many disciplines and analytic techniques and thus producing measurable business improvements.
- Managers are responsible for conceiving of approaches to create powerful analytic solutions; training and developing junior analytics staff; working with teams to analyze big datasets to determine suitability for model building; ensuring the cleanup and filtering of data reserves; leading the efforts to find patterns, select variables, and extract features in large datasets; experimenting with algorithms; completing performance analyses; and communicating to and working with internal stakeholders. Managers are typically responsible for managing analytics efforts in several projects at one time and hence need to be good at multi-tasking.
- Considering the vast scope of analytics, a willingness and desire to learn and upgrade is a must.
Major Deliverables :
- Predictive modeling & Quantitative Analysis - Developing credit risk scorecards and risk based pricing models
- Specific Risk Analytics & Early Warning Tools
- Collection Analytics - Prioritization Scorecards, Bureau Data Analytics, Strategy Optimization
- Statistical Modeling, Loss Forecasting
- Cross Sell Analytics, CRM Analytics
- Interact with Business users to understand the requirements and provide Innovative Ideas for Business Development using data analysis techniques
- Designing and Execution of MIS & Automation Projects
