Role specific skillsets:

- Lead, execute and oversee internal audit assignments




- Develop audit plans, detailed scope, nature and timing of audit assignments, design internal audit procedures and work programs, execute the assignment as per internal standards and expectation of the senior and clients, drafting of report, discuss audit findings and recommendations with senior and client, plan work for team, monitoring and mentoring, monitors monthly progress and ensures bills are raised as soon as possible.

Successfully take ownership of and lead the below-

Whistle blower / suspect interviews

Investigations through documentation review

Email/digital records review

Data analysis or other related efforts of the team

- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and determine methods to expedite workflow

- Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information

- Review the work of the team, guide them and support them in gathering essential evidence in investigations or in conducting a forensic review

- Develop, analyze, recommend and determine improvements in order to ensure continual operation and system efficiency

- Create presentations on the work progress, proposals and concept/ approach note on opportunities/ assignments

- Maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with client information and the engagement information

- Support in conducting research or gathering select information specific to a particular subject or a client

- Contribute in writing articles, newsletters, blogs

- Create opportunity by developing new products and taking it to the market and assisting in business development including meetings/ presentation

- Develop business plan for the vertical and updating as MIS to seniors

- Impart trainings to other team members on technical aspects

Market Leadership Related

- Identify opportunities at existing clients

- Develop new client relationships, identifying opportunities in the market, proposal development and presentation, thought leadership.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.

- Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents.

- Build valued relationships with clients & internal peers.

- Proficiency in independently winning new client relationships and in effectively managing existing client relationships.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,

- CA with a minimum 5+ years experience in internal audit, consulting, advisory, forensics, professional services and/or industry.

- Knowledge of international standards like COSO etc. Relevant experience in Forensic, investigations, FCPA compliance and anti-fraud consulting

- CFE degree will be an added advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP, Oracle etc.

- Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, delivery skills and technical knowledge.

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment; well honed mentoring and people development skills.

- Ability to think laterally, showcase business acumen and well versed in current trends and developments across business & economy.

- Creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.

- Able to multi-task and travel as necessary to meet client needs.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Open to travel (30%) for locations other than Mumbai and about (20%) for Mumbai
