Rewards Manager
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Consulting/Expertise on Compensation and Benefits related Topics
- Maintain knowledge of current best practices in the compensation field (e.g., theories, frameworks, technologies, and trends)
- Provide ongoing consulting and collaboration with business and HR Business Partners
- Provide project management/support for projects related to Compensation
- Design/update and administer incentive programs
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop proficiency in JLLs Career Framework and consult on mapping of roles, as needed
- Support the administration and review of annual benefits, or launch of any new employee programs. Gather/Analyse/Utilize Compensation-related Data
- Support participation in compensation and benefits surveys
- Conduct market analyses and apply market & internal data as appropriate to support compensation decisions
- Utilize compensation-related data to support administration of compensation programs
- Identify discrepancies from market data (e.g., variance to market analysis)
- Conduct Reporting/Analysis of Compensation & Benefits Projects/Data
- Utilize appropriate systems/tools to manage/analyse/report compensation data
- Manage/support auditing activities (e.g., reporting/analysis of internal pay program utilization)
- Analyse compensation data to identify root causes/trends/issues, and respond appropriately
- Review benefits policies in light of relevance and market practices
- Support team in planning for benefits and wellness offerings
- Closely work with marketing team for preparing and sending employee communication on C&B policies and programs
- Act as a point of contact on behalf of Rewards team for vendors of new employee benefit programs
- Prepare and present business case for updating policies, as required, including collating market data from various primary and secondary sources, recommending change/s etc.
- Support regional team in C&B review projects
- Manage project involving various stakeholders such as HR business partners, HR business services, finance services etc.
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions on C&B for employees
- Act as an advisor for regional rewards team on local compensation nuances Annual Compensation Cycle
- Support JLL's annual compensation cycle including developing a merit matrix, guidance to HRBPs and Managers, data validation and review, appropriate reporting, ensuring tech adoption amongst key stakeholders, etc.
- Mapping employees to appropriate cost center/s using help from Regional Rewards optimization team, HR business partners, and finance partners
- Assist senior team members in presenting compensation decision summary to senior management
- Manage compensation data on JLL's proprietary compensation tool
Others:
- Resolve queries of stakeholders such as business, TA, HR business partners etc. on compensation and benefits
- Liaise with administration team to opt in or out of car lease program
- Review and approve BAU compensation change requests
- Undertake periodic projects such as organizing quarterly HR team connect, publishing HR newsletter
- Help regional and global teams in testing of changes related to C&B
- Liaise with HR business partnering, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements

Desired experience and technical skills required:
- 5-8 years of experience, in Total Rewards function, with primary deliverables in the area of Compensation Management & Administration
- Strong Analytical skills, an ability to conduct detailed data analysis and identify issues and trends
- Robust knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
