Position : Manager - Rewards & Compensation
Job Location: Mumbai
Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience - 3 to 8 years experience in Rewards. - Must have managed Rewards with minimum2 appraisal cycles.

Role and responsibilities:
- Supports the annual compensation review planning process, pay equity implementation and compliance
- Stay abreast of existing and proposed statutory and legal requirements, and work on appropriate
course of action as needed
- Validate final payroll inputs relevant to compensation team- data consistency check, corrections and conduct regular audits
- Support special projects with regards to job role architecture, compensation framework and guidelines. International market pay parity and benefits
- Benchmarking compensation and incentive programs with our peer group and companies adopting best practices in this space.
- Accountable for overall performance management, including timely and quality execution.
- Drive change towards data-led performance management
- Design and execute a real-time OKR & KPI monitoring framework, publish dashboards and drive closure.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
- Partnering with BHRs to understand business specific scenarios and supporting solutioning on performance and rewards.
- Partner and work closely with stakeholders to manage the delivery of market benchmarking exercises for India and International, total rewards statement updation , salary planning, promotion fitment, offer governance & dashboarding.
Requirement :
- Strong analytical mindset, knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and advanced experience in Microsoft excel / PowerPoint tools
-Certification in compensation / rewards - not mandatory but good to have
- Typically requires 5- 10 years of relevant experience with at least 4 or more years of experience within the compensation space
