Manager - Revenue Reconciliation & Analytics - BFSI

To own and manage the Business Analytics function in all its aspects, including but not restricted to -

i. providing data and analytical backbone for the target setting exercise;

ii. rejigging annual plans periodically to ensure all entitled target adjustments are factored in;

iii. managing and implementing the Dynamic Inter-branch Target Adjustments owing to Account Transfers (DITAAT);

iv. evaluating plans of Business case branches;

v. closely scrutinizing and certifying the critical RTFX Product Classification master;

vi. validating the accuracy of the analytic inputs received from Fincon - BIU;

vii. identifying missing income figures and conducting Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence;

viii. championing the data model creation activity required for various contests and business drives;

ix. maintenance and upkeep of several important information databases to enable provision of quick answers to business questions;

x. tracking of RTFX Dummy accounts, alerts management and data validity assurance;

xi. managing the specific analytics for the Bank notes business;

xii. undertaking of specific ad-hoc business / functional projects or 'deep dive' initiatives at the instruction of Business Head - RTFX. for all products and business segments of Retail Trade and Forex business.
