- Keeping a track of company revenue using application like wide orbit.
- Using Aircheck, RAM, TAM and Adexx on day to day basis to provide various reports and making cross-sell data using TV & Radio to increase productivity of Organization.
- Handling CRM operation for revenue mapping, monitoring sales associate activity, forecasting company revenue and various day to day activities.
- Expertise in formulating & devising new strategy, to increase business, acquiring untapped clients, gaining business from missed clients and keeping in board market top spenders.
- Detailed Research & Analysis using various software & Tools to find out top spenders, last spend patterns & competition missed clients .
- Making strategies to increase Cross Sell & Upsell across vertical.
- Managing Daily MIS Reports and other numerous reports on the basis of query of associates & Top Management PAN India.
- Keeping a track of new launches in the industry and updating associates to track them.
- Formulating cost structure for various inside projects, giving cost approval considering company profit in mind.
- Strategy planning for the launch of Various IP & their marketing, for radio in alignment with Programming team, and how to pave the path for sales force to maximize the revenue
- Writing Case studies for post eval & training.
