Manager Revenue Operation
Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a candidate that has a strong RevOps background as their primary experience with general experience managing systems. Essentially a Rev Ops Manager that is familiar with providing systems related support.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:- Experience Building out and managing Revenue Operations functions
- Has overseen/managed teams of 10+ people Strong performance and people management skills (e.g. hiring, mentoring, corrective actions/PIPs, firing, etc..)
- Technical with the extensive Salesforce administration experience
- Ability to create and analyze reports that drive sales related business intelligence, proactively identifying trends and offering insights/solution that support sales/business growth
- Good Marketing to Sales funnel understanding (MQL, SAL, SQL, etc.)
- Pipeline Coverage
- Win Rates
- Industry/Customer/Market trends
- Pricing & Discounting trends etc.
- Familiarity with overseeing workflow integration and system management Ticketing System Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot, Marketo, etc...)
- Sales Development Tools (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, etc...)
- It would be a plus if this individual had familiarity with the following systems directly
- Zendesk (ticketing)
- Pardot (Marketing automation)
- Netsuite (ERP)
- Outreach (Sales Development Tool)
