Invoicing

Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all revenue contracts.

For revenue share contracts, reconciliation of applicable license fees/lease rentals

Contract Monitoring Framework

1. Setup and maintain a contract monitoring framework which keeps track of all contractual obligations and risks

2. To seek information from internal departments and client as relevant vis-a-vis contractual obligations and update the contract monitoring system.

3. Responsible for informing internal departments to provide relevant support and enabling closure of same as per contractual obligation Prepare and publish a weekly/fortnightly/quarterly MIS for senior management

Eligibility

- Knowledge and knowhow of contracts and revenue generation along with expertise in risk detection

- 10-12 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate lease administration or land transactions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and creation of presentations

- Good inter-personal and people management skills
