Revenue Generation Manger : Pan India
- Responsible for Revenue generation through sale of Services, Extended Warranties, Reselling the product accessories through channel partners present across different locations in the country.
- Lead enterprise level sales opportunity across various segments of CDIT, Act as SPOC to institutional Customers.
- Complete End to End product management, including feature enhancements, product Rates changes and finding new Revenue opportunities available in Customer service domain.
- Analyzing the weekly/monthly revenue data and preparing business reports for Top management.
- Conceptualizing new promo offers, Incentive plans for Channel partners and ensuring implementation.
- Managing a team of revenue executives & MIS executives acting as support to channel partners.
- Revenue generation by defining/implementing AMC rates, Extended Warranty Rates and out warranty charges
- Defining Service Policy
- System support to field and backend management
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for securing profitable business deals from clients in various sector
