Role: Revenue Operations Manager
Location: Gurgaon

KEY DELIVERABLES (TOP 5):
- Recognition and finalization of Revenue within agreed timelines
- Managing all activities related to Revenue finance operations and delivering in timely manner
- Managing interlinked activities between Revenue and Expense and ensuring no impact on vendor payment timelines
- Managing payment operations and ensuring timely delivery of payments with completeness and accuracy
- Adherence of compliances in all activities performed by team
- MIS reporting (Revenue and Expense) within agreed timelines with completeness and accuracy
- Performing various reconciliations as per the business requirement
- Setting up processes (Existing & New) to support new business initiatives
- Setup business intelligence to facilitate easy and effective decision making
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (3 CRITICAL + 2 DESIRED):
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Accounting and Tax Compliances
- Sound knowledge of MS-Excel
- 5-8 years of experience in related field
- Prior experience in Travel-Tourism industry (E-Commerce) will be preferred
- Prior exposure of any accounting application will be an added advantage
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-graduate in commerce/finance OR
- Semi Qualified CA/CMA
