Position : Manager - Revenue Assurance

Reports To : Senior Manager Or Above

Job Description :

Overall Responsibility :

- Responsible for serving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel and seek to further these relationships through quality product delivery.

- The manager is responsible for understanding their client's business and demonstrating technical competence in their product group and industry.

- Managers develop contacts within the business community and serve as ambassadors of the firm in the market.

Educational & Professional Credentials :

- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance or Business Related field) required

- 7+ years in telecommunications industry or in a telecom service consulting

- Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA strongly preferred

- Big 4 experience in Telecommunication consulting assignment, strongly preferred

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills :

- Expert knowledge on telecom revenue flow path and leakage risks

- Expert knowledge of telecom revenue streams and the related network elements

- Expert knowledge on control points relating to revenue streams to identify and minimize revenue leakage

- Expert knowledge on current revenue assurance principles

- Strong understanding of Telecom business application and services such as VAS, Roaming, Billing, Interconnect, Switching, Mediation etc.

- Understanding of KPIs and CSFs of the revenue assurance activities of the client.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

Ability To Travel :

- Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
