Job Description:
The person will be responsible to create and maintain relationship leading to reduction in Churn and executes Special projects that enhances revenue and customer satisfaction.
1. Responsible for active base management
2. Revenue Churn and enhancement from designated set of accounts
3. Revenue enhancement from identified set of customers based on the MOU analysis.
4. Renew the data circuits upon expiry of term.
5. Drive up-selling of products/services.
6. Monthly TOP 50 account revenue analysis and suggest Revenue Enhancement opportunities.
7. Identification of non-usage rentals, and suggest actions to reduce revenue loss.
8. Plan for reduction of churn, analysis of revenues across all products and solutions.
9. Co-ordination with sales, IT, Products and CC on retention issues.
10. Analyzing Customer complaints, repeat complaints and plugging the process between Complaints and Retention.
11. Strong SVP Governance and partner management
