Retention Marketing Manager - D2C/Ecommerce client
JOB TITLE: Retention Marketing Expert
JOBTYPE: Permanent-Full Time
LOCATION: Bangalore
Reporting to: COO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing calendar: Thought-through planning of sale events throughout the month
- Identifying problem statements for the business through data analysis and user insights
- Designing communication and offer constructs (coupons and cashbacks) for various cohorts
- End-to-end PnL management for the CRM team
- Driving growth in revenue and ARPU through most efficient strategies (keeping the cost in check)
- Experimentation, personalisation and automation using various marketing tools - Clevertap, Segment, MoEngage Branch, Facebook, Google and other internal platforms
- Merchandising and home-feed management on app, m-web and desktop web.
- Keeping a check of repeat DAUs and conversion funnel to identify optimisation opportunities
- Proposition development through concept testing for various marketing campaigns
- Creating briefing and debriefing with the design and content team
- Monitoring the NPS scores and coordinating closely with the CHC team
- Ensure timely plan flawless execution of all CRM campaigns through different channels - SMS, Email,
- Push Notifications, In app marketing, Outbound Calling, etc.
- Track the performance of the campaigns on a daily basis & take corrective measures wherever required
- Working closely with the Tech, Category, Payments, Loyalty, Brand and Digital marketing teams to come up with the best outcomes for the users
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of Retention or Digital Marketing experience, preferably in E-commerce or D2C industry
- Creative thinking & good analytical skills
- Proven record of partnering cross functionally to create personalized customer experiences
- Exceptional communication skills & stakeholder management experience
- Brings a consumer-centric mindset to all projects
- Hands-on experience on MS Excel, business related reports /MIS
- Prior experience of working in high growth start-up is a plus
