Description :
You will be working as a part of the Marketing team, you will manage and analyze marketing activities in order to provide actionable insights.
You will be responsible for :
- Optimizing ROI & performance of the Email, SMS channel.
- Customer analytics, customer behavior analysis to make key business decisions.
- Send regular PN, SMS & Email campaigns to the existing audience base.
- Customer funnel optimization to increase end conversions
Experience :
- Min 2-3 years experience in customer life-cycle management & Product marketing
- Well versed with tools like Clevertap, Mo-engage, or Mixpanel (Adobe or any other CRM tool also helps if they are similar)
- Basic HTML skills for handling Email channels.
- Knowledge on understanding a user Life-Cycle with us from Signup to User Churn.
- Setting user journeys based on the requirement.
- Basic understanding of user RFM
- Customer funnel analysis.
- Should be able to track the PNs, SMS, In-app & Email performance.
- Basic content writing skills based on a trending topic for PNs & Email.
- Basic Analytics skills for understanding user persona. - Proficient in tools like excel and google sheets.
- Ability to prepare monthly and weekly content calendars for different channels.
- Understanding of customer segmentation for personalized targeting using segments.
