Designation: Manager/Senior Manager - Retail Underwriting and analyst.

Location - Mumbai.

Job Purpose : A Process/System Analyst who would be acting as a facilitator between business users and other stakeholders. He should have good experience in Operations/IT developments/Product/Process management .

The Process/System Analyst will perform the following task :

- Facilitate discussions on new/existing process flows with all stakeholders (i.e. Sales, CPT, UW, Customer service etc.);

- Document process flows ,Standard operating procedures (SOP), Key performance matrix for different business functions;

- Share business requirements (BRS) to System architecture team;

- Framing test scenarios and perform UAT;

- Communicate key insights and findings on process improvement to System architecture team; and

- Co-ordinate in closing Audit requirements (Internal and External).

Skills Required :

- Good educational background.

- Proven work experience in Operations/Process/Customer service/System Development function.

- Good inter-departmental communication and presentation (verbal/written) skills.

- Should possess multi-tasking skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
