Manager - Retail - Telecom

We are working on the position of Manager Retail for UP East circle for a leading telecom MNC operator.

(Female candidates preferred)

- Managing end to end operation of Retail distributors across the circle– Invoicing, Channel expansion, Collection & manpower training.

- Monitoring Exclusive Stores & 158 Shop-in-Shop (SIS) which comprised of revenue & service targets, sales, post-paid, data sales, VAS, 3G, blackberry, new prepaid acquisition, collection & handsets of UP East circle.

- Efficiently ensured annual business volume of approximately 150 Cores.

- Leading a team of 3 Zonal Managers, 7 ASM’s, 7 Channel Managers, 1 Service Manager, 2 Marketing Managers, 4 Back Office Executives and 130 Customer Care Executives.

- Significantly designed new management fee/Channel pay-out structure for VMS in 2010 and 2012, which helped in the reduction of SAC/Subsidy.

- Develop strategies to developed to increase busines.
